JOB POSTING: Maintenance Technician

K&N is a fast growing property management company with 9 apartment buildings located around Washington State. Our team members are passionate about growth, innovation and collaboration. K&N Property Management is seeking a responsible person with the following qualifications:

Job Type: 2 full-time positions (40 hours per week) are available.

Compensation: $15.00/hour - $20.00/hour

Experience:

• Maintenance technician experience: (required)
• Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, construction: (preferred)

Work Location:

• Work will be completed between Ocean Shores and Hoquiam/Aberdeen, WA.

Your Role: You will be part of K&N Property Management's maintenance team. You will work directly under a lead maintenance technician and a maintenance coordinator to complete jobs across 9 apartment buildings.

What You'll Do:

• Take direction from your lead, track progress, and complete tasks given to you.
• Take photos of work before and after jobs to track progress.
• Complete all maintenance tasks across 9 apartment buildings. Some of these jobs may include basic repairs, installing flooring, installing appliances, installing toilets, caulking, cleaning, etc.
• Coordinate with outside plumbers, electricians, painters, and handymen if needed.
• Work with K&N management on documentation and record keeping.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate with maintenance coordinator every day.
• Take before and after pictures to document daily progress of work.
• Complete work in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Work with management to assess and improve all processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ocean Shores, WA 98569: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
