Maintenance Technician
Job description
Timeshare resort looking for a full-time maintenance technician. This candidate must have exceptional customer service skills, be detail oriented and reliable.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Routine preventive maintenance
- Complete work orders and repairs in a timely manner
- Painting
- Landscaping
- Property clean up
- Knowledge of troubleshooting appliances, HVAC and pools
- Perform any task assigned by management
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and be capable of standing and walking throughout a shift. Must be able to work independently. Weekends and holidays are required. Medical and life insurance available after 90-day probationary period, vacation time available after 1 year of employment. Employment depends on background check and drug testing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 - $14.50 per hour
