Mobile Maintenance Technician

This opportunity covers the Washington/Waynesburg, PA region

Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation is growing and we are looking for experienced Mobile Maintenance Technicians! This position conducts regular site inspections, performs all preventative maintenance, and provides necessary repairs for our commercial and retail customers.

What You Need To Have:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience performing maintenance work in commercial and/or
• Ability to self-perform repair work using hand tools, power tools, mechanical tools, and measuring devices
• A working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems - HVAC knowledge preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work with vendors when necessary
• Ability to collaborate with Property Managers
• A comfort level using computer software and a smart phone - we use Microsoft products, Corrigo work order system, and MRI
• A willingness to work on call and overtime when necessary
• A valid driver's license and auto insurance required for travel to properties

• commercial property maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
