Job Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance work and performs other duties as assigned.
• This includes painting, equipment repair, filter replacements, light bulb changing, PM on equipment defined in P.E. program along with setting up tables and chairs for events and snow & site work.

• Valid driver’s license required
• HVAC, Carpentry, Electrical, Electronic, Plumbing experience preferred
• Experience in general maintenance work desired, preferably hospital maintenance.eeded.

• Advance knowledge of basic tools requiring dexterity, hand eye coordination and visual coordination
• PC skills (Word, Excel) required
• In good health with adequate strength and endurance to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of institutional maintenance and repair practices.
• Knowledge of how to work safely.
• Willing to be trained in any of the categories of maintenance and repair in which he may have need of instruction.
• Knowledge of the use of hand and power tools and test equipment used in maintenance.
• Must be able to read and write legibly.
