WHO YOU ARE

As an experienced Maintenance Supervisor working as a leader in the facilities field, you'll get to own the success of a region of communities and team members. By maximizing the life and value of the physical assets, you'll guide a team to deliver the best service and safety to our valued residents. Your team of Community Service Technicians will look up to your example of maintenance operations, financial management, asset management, resident experience and more.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Perform repair and maintenance services
• Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal throughout the property
• Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests
• Optimize the life and value of physical assets

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• HVAC certified required or the ability to obtain an HVAC certification within one (1) year of hire.
• Minimum of five (5) years of property maintenance experience, including: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, flooring, roofing and/or landscaping. Regional, multi-site or large site (500+ units) required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of direct management experience.
