We are looking for a Maintenance Tech to join our team at Beachwoods Resort located in Kitty Hawk. This outstanding resort is a hidden gem and a year-round destination in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, back of the house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property.

Responsibilities Include:

• Respond to guest calls for repairs and maintenance.
• Complete work order assignments.
• Ensures electrical and mechanical equipment is functioning accurately.
• Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
• Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as advised by your leader.

Schedule Details:
Our Facilities Department operates 7 days per week. Maintenance Team Members may work varying shifts but primarily will be scheduled 3 days at 2.30 pm-11.30pm and 2 days 8am - 4.30pm

Qualifications:

• No experience required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs. lift/carry up to 50 lbs. grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
