As a Maintenance Leader, you lead a top-performing team of extrusion and manufacturing Machine Maintenance Technicians in a high-growth industry with exceptional job security and potential for advancement.

You Will
- Supervise Maintenance Technicians, analyzing work orders and arranging maintenance activities and preventative maintenance to assure optimum production
- Assist Maintenance Team to solve problems and perform their duties
- Assess Maintenance Technician skills and coordinate training, both on-the-job and formal training
- Contribute to planning by defining work procedures and estimating worker hours requirements for completion of job assignments
- Assure safety protocols, quality standards and operational practices are always upheld
- Grow your knowledge and skills through a variety of training and experiences
You Have
- A minimum of five years of industrial maintenance experience
- Extensive experience with manufacturing equipment
- Hydraulics, pneumatics & electrical expertise
- Ability to update technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, & schematics
- Success guiding others to troubleshoot & problem solve
- Desire to be a productive team leader in a positive work environment
- Able to work overtime, as needed
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds & work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without a reasonable accommodation
