Position based in Lamar, Colorado
FT/40 (benefit eligible, non-exempt) position
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED
- COVID Vaccination or approved exemption required
- Adequate knowledge and skill level in property and vehicle care
- Ability to pass drug test and background check (including MVR)
- Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule including holidays, evenings and weekends
- English (speaking, writing and reading) and basic computer skills
- Timely and proper attendance
- Appropriate and effective work performance
- Ability to take direction and follow instruction
- May require
- Valid Colorado driver's license, ability to drive, insurability and willingness to travel
- Annual flu vaccination
Main Duties
- Coordinate maintenance-related activities with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, including the outsourcing of services if directed.
- Perform both basic and higher level maintenance and custodial care of facilities, surrounding grounds, vehicles, and equipment.
- Appropriately determine the need for emergency assistance, seeking guidance when necessary.
- Be capable of safely lifting/pushing/pulling/carrying 50 pounds.
Salary
- $16.12/hr (Nonexempt, benefit eligible)
