- Preferred but not required: have working Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting and general handyman capabilities.
- Preferred but not required: General handyman capabilities include: pressure washing and power-tools.
- Job duties will also include: Cleaning and maintaining dumpster room and exterior trash clean-up.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
