As the Maintenance Director, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to carry out your assigned duties.

Maintenance Director Expectations

• Inspects and repairs HVAC equipment cooling units, heading units, hot water systems, ventilation equipment and other standard equipment.
• Assists in setting maintenance standards as well as establishing a preventative maintenance program
• Coordinates daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing maintenance assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years’ experience in a maintenance department in a health-related facility.
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption
