POSITION SUMMARY:

The perfect mailroom clerk with Tax Relief Advocates has fantastic time management, pays close attention to detail, and works great both alone and with a team. They have a positive attitude, are flexible, and personable. This role truly is the oil that keeps the engine running!
We are looking for professional individuals who work and live with honesty and integrity and who understand the importance of hard work. MOTIVATED TO GROW!
Skills we look for to succeed:

• Typing speed of 50 wpm at minimum(typing test will be given)
• Fast learner-especially with new programs! Tech Savvy.
• Strong verbal and written communication
• High degree of organization and detail oriented
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Adaptable and open to change
• Team Player who puts in effort and has a Great Attitude!

Job Duties Include:

• Handle all incoming and outgoing pieces of mail
• Scan and upload incoming mail into client's files
• Responsible for tracking/logging movement on each mail piece
• Support and assist the team as needed
