What defines this job?

• Perform assigned functions, processes, and procedures that meet customer orders specifications, quality requirements, and production standards
• Load and unload customer products into machines while handling parts with care
• Perform general maintenance and clean interior of coating machines
• De-fixture batch loads after processing
• Carry out visual inspection on parts after processing
• Inspect coated parts for coating thickness, coating adherence, surface finish, substrate & coating hardness, size and appearance, records inspection information consistent with prescribed methods and procedures
• Other Duties as assigned

What do we ask?

Previous experience in Manufacturing or other related field. (3+ years preferred.) Mechanical, Electrical + Troubleshooting experience a plus! Familiarity with machine operation, manufacturing tools and equipment. Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate effectively. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Good dexterity skills, able to handle precision machined parts. Able to read instructions in English and read documents as small as 8-font size. Able to sit/stand during an 8-hour shift. Work schedule Monday-Friday with some weekend work required. Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a preplacement criminal background check and physical screening. *Applicants may start on contingent basis through staffing service. Full-Time, Regular hire date to be determined 90-180 days, based on production and performance.
