Duties/Requirements:

• Familiar with computer and basic functionality
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve established outcomes.
• Pay close attention to detail in all aspects of the job

• Perform initial set-up for machine operation
• Operate equipment and machinery to produce parts including multi-tasking on more than one machine at a time; may perform assembly of some components; transport trays of parts to and from machines

Work Conditions

• Frequent: Visual ability such as close vision, distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus; ability to detect differences in color shades and brightness
• Occasional: Lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
• Constant: Regular, predictable attendance is required
• Constant: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand or walk for the full shift.
• Occasional: Repeatedly lift to waist level and bends to 12 inches off of floor throughout shift
• Frequent: This position requires balance, bend/stoop, kneel, keyboard/type, push, pull, reach, reach above shoulder, repetitive motion as well as computer/mouse use.
• Constant: Ability to wear personal protective equipment that may include some or all: safety glasses, lab coat, safety shoes, gloves, hearing protection, hair/beard covering. No make-up or nail polish permitted.

There are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift roles available.

• 1st Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM, Monday through Friday with some weekends needed
• 2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM, Monday through Friday with some weekends needed
