Our facility is committed to providing the best quality care to our residents. At this time our facility does not accept high acuity residents or those with behavioral issues. Our staffing ratios are unbeatable, and our building is centrally located. 20 minutes from Burleson, 15 minutes from Alvarado and Cleburne.
A LVN Charge nurse will supervise the nursing unit and coordinate the effective use of personnel, supplies, equipment and facilities. Additional responsibilities include:
- Administering medications, IV therapy, gastronomy tube management as well as some wound care
- Monitoring residents and communicating changes to physicians
- Ensuring appropriate documentation of resident care and maintaining medical records to ensure safe, efficient and therapeutic care to residents
- Troubleshooting and investigating complaints, taking necessary action to resolve problems as necessary.
