LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or Medical Assistant
Job description
- Work in the premier Med Spa in Panama City Beach, FL! Our Med Spa is expanding! We are looking for a full-time, motivated and skilled medical spa LPN/Assistant
- . Experience working in a spa or Med Spa setting, as well as competence, initiative, and enthusiasm are a must.
- Responsibilities
- Interview and review forms with the patients, and document basic medical history
- Update and file patient med spa records
- Check in patients for treatments
- Follow up with patients after procedures and document outcome
- Prepare, stock and clean treatment rooms
- Properly open and close each day according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Accurately book, change and cancel appointments.
- Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves facilities.
- Ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy by processing cash, credit card and credit transactions accurately thus protecting the company’s assets;
- Provide detailed descriptions of treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation.
- Utilize computers with skill and proficiency; document patient information in electronic record as directed.
- Answer the phone promptly and use the patient's name throughout the phone conversation; operate phone system accurately and efficiently.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
- Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal patients; develop professional and personalized relationship with regular patients.
- Handle patients’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously.
- Maintain complete confidentiality in all patient matters in accordance with company policy;
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete patient satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
- Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low.
- Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
- Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
- Ability to perform the duties of the Retail Consultant as needed.
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or patients that require attention.
Skills Proven working experience as a spa or Med Spa or medical assistant Knowledge of Med Spa / Spa systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
