AK LPN license required.
Must have 2 years LTC experience.
Proficient in medication administration.
Proficient in IV therapy.
Communicates closely with Resident and family. Updates care plan as changes take place, notifies physician and/or NP of condition changes. Facility is very family oriented.

MUST NOT CURRENTLY BE WORKING IN ANY WAY FOR PROVIDENCE OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES. IF THE PROFESSIONAL IS A FORMER EMPLOYEE OF PROVIDENCE OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES (SWEDISH MEDICAL CENTER or PAC MED). MUST HAVE TERMINATED EMPLOYMENT AT LEAST 6 MONTHS PRIOR AND BE IN GOOD STANDING. DOCUMENTS MUST BE COMPLETE 1 WEEK PRIOR TO START, NO EXCEPTIONS.
