Full Time LPN Opportunity

At Three Rivers Behavioral Health, a 129 bed facility located in West Columbia, SC, we never forget that patients are people - people with potential, who can have better relationships and live more productive lives. Three Rivers provides psychiatric, detoxification/rehabilitation, and dual diagnosis treatment through inpatient services for adolescents and adults. Our outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program offering psychiatric day treatment for adults and Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering day and evening sessions. Three Rivers Behavioral Health currently has a FT LPN positions available for the 7pm - 7:30am and 7am-7:30pm shift.
Responsibilities: The LPN administers patient medications prescribed by physician per policy and practice; monitors patient for adverse drug reactions; demonstrates knowledge of psychopharmacology; transcribes orders; assists with admissions, discharges, transfers.

Hourly Shift Differentials:
Weekday 2nd shift $6.25
Weekday 3rd shift $7.00
Weekend 1st shift $8.00
Weekend 2nd shift $9.00
Weekend 3rd shift $10.00

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program.
- Currently licensed by the State of South Carolina.
- Prefer a minimum of one year of recent experience, preferably in psych.
- Current BLS Certification and CPI training prior or upon hire and maintain certifications throughout employment.
