The program manager will ensure the team understands and comply with the testing and linkage model, which will equate to higher linkage rate. The position will primarily emphasize with our night shift team and on finding new locations of testing at night. The mobile testing manager will provide consistent feedback to the leadership team on how service could be improved, and discuss potential growth opportunity for the programs. Lastly, the manager will participate with county meetings.

The Long Beach Program Manager of the Public Health Division serve as the liaison for the community, internal, and external stakeholders in achieving AHF Mission. The Program Manager will oversee the AHF Mobile Testing Program in Long Beach County. Primary responsibilities are to ensure mobile testing program achieve their testing goals and positivity rate, troubleshoot and solve programmatic issues, collect, analyze, and submit testing data to external and internal stakeholders. In addition, the program manager will assist in meeting grant contractual goals and be a point person in finding innovate methods to help communities in need.
