Job description
Your Role
- Use ILMS (Inventory Logistics Management System) for daily inventory tracking and control.
- Meet daily with warehouse personnel and make sure equipment is pulled from stock and shipped in a timely manner.
- Track all incoming and outgoing equipment and prepare equipment and safe packing for shipping.
- Distribute paperwork to the warehouse personnel for shipping, receiving, and inventory documents to be generated.
- Prepare paperwork for customs and schedule special shipments going overseas via UPS.
- Make sure items being shipped are packed within Diplomatic Pouch Regulations.

- Secret Clearance (interim okay to start, we will upgrade you to Top Secret after you are hired)
- 5 years of relevant experience, including tracking and resolving logistical issues, as well as coordinating and shipping equipment overseas.
- Knowledge of DOS Embassies and posts and Diplomatic Security rules and regulations for shipping.
