Logistics Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Input and monitor logistics/DOT software.
- Coordinate deliveries among the company (LLT fleet & third party) optimizing cost and time.
- Manage store fuel inventories, adjust routes when necessary.
- Monitor fuel system and forecasting software.
- Support and monitor truck drivers in field and remotely.
- Perform metrics reporting, data analysis as needed.
- Assist stores when needed with fuel related issues.
- Assist with purchase orders & documentation needed.
- Deliver supplies to drivers as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Occasional weekend responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
The position requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in logistics.
- Knowledge of logistics software.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, meet auto insurance requirements, and have reliable transportation.

Education
The position requires the following educational experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain or another related field. Or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
