We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the ENTACT team in Pittsburgh. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join an industry leader in environmental remediation construction.

The Logistics Coordinator offers direct support to the Equipment Management Group by managing day to day freight operations via fulfillment of transfer requests to move company owned equipment to and from project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities include:

· Source, negotiate, assign, and maintain relationships with transportation providers that meet the financial and service expectations of ENTACT, LLC

· Schedule & coordinate the pick-up and delivery of heavy equipment

· Communicate/troubleshoot any and all equipment freight logistics with site personnel/management

· Obtain and administer shipment status information (acquire proof of loaded/unloaded equipment/photos/BOL)

· Maintain reference log of company owned equipment weights, dimensions, features, and transportation costs

· Access to HCSS Dispatcher software for tracking, reporting, and reference purposes

· Work with project teams/management on fulfilling company owned equipment requests based on location and availability of assets

· Light accounting duties consisting of, but not limited to, purchase order creation and interfacing as well as approving invoices pertaining to lanes that have been completed

· Other Equipment related tasks as assigned by management

· Organized, Multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, Self-starter, Flexible, DOT experience & familiarity with over-dimensional hauling/prior industry knowledge preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
