Steelite International USA is inviting new Logistics Coordinator to join the Warehouse team in New Castle, PA. If you are looking to reach new heights, this position was created for you!!!!

What will I do as a Logistics Coordinator?

• Ensures that all vendor invoices are correct and accurate before forwarding on to the Finance department.
• Manages orders and arranges international import and export shipping to ensure they meet business needs.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Maintain logs and records of shipments and executed orders.
• Coordinates freight charges with AP and overseeing record keeping with respect to charges and payments.
• Prepares accurate reports for upper management.
• Helps with maintaining logistics planning tasks.
• Support with maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans and similar data.
• Keep a meticulous record of shipment information.
• Prepare billing invoices from manifests.
• Prepare quotes for internal customers.
• Must maintain a understanding of Foreign Trade Zone processes and continuous liaison with the FTZ team.

Regular hours: 8AM-5PM

What are the qualifications and skills for this position?

• Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain management or related field
• Similar experience in related field (at least 12 months preferred)
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office (including word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook)
• Knowledge and understanding of GP, TMS and WMS
