Job Summary:
The Mortgage Loan Processor will focus on administrative tasks that support the progression of mortgage loans from sales through closing. The Mortgage Loan Processor is a pivotal player in delivering an exceptional customer experience to each of our clients. The Mortgage Loan Processor must possess excellent communication skills and be detail oriented.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
The Mortgage Loan Processor will focus on administrative tasks that support the progression of mortgage loans from sales through closing. The Mortgage Loan Processor is a pivotal player in delivering an exceptional customer experience to each of our clients. The Mortgage Loan Processor must possess excellent communication skills and be detail oriented.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Engage with clients to collect information necessary to complete application;
Partner with the Company’s Sales team to deliver best in class customer experience;
Coordinate status updates and deadlines with Clients and outside vendors;
Interface with 3rd party vendors to source appraisals, title, and inspections;
Quality control of documentation received from borrower or broker that pertain to a refinance or purchase such as Purchase Agreements, Closing Statements, Title Commitments and Escrow Instructions;
Entry and maintenance of accurate loan application data into loan origination software;
Manage loan closing and funding process with Settlement Agent;
Assist in overall operations of the company; and
Additional duties as assigned.

Skills Required
- Customer-centric with excellent communication skills

- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks to be completed when working within multiple tight deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- At least 1 year of experience in business purpose lending, 2-3 years preferred

Salary range: $60,000-$85,000 annualized. The actual base salary offered will be dependent on the skills and experience of the candidate offered.
