Responsibilities:
The primary function of this position is to accurately and efficiently provide general administrative support as assigned to various areas of the department
  • Data entry
  • Generation and compilation of various reports
  • Research via telephone and/or internet
  • Preparation of letters and other correspondence
  • Other duties as assigned or directed
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion
  • Provide assistance whenever necessary to help the Loan Operations Department as well as the Bank in achieving their annual goals.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Professionalism
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work accurately in a time-sensitive environment
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • Research and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Prior experience in related field preferred
Other Job Information:
Hours: 40 hours/week; Monday-Friday 8:15-5:00; Some Saturdays and overtime may be required

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience.
