POSITION OVERVIEW:

M&M is seeking a motivated and passionate individuals to join the Freddy's team. To provide quality products to our Guests.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare our signature Freddy's meals and custard, ensuring they meet our quality and accuracy
• Manage multiple orders within the grill, make, fry & custard production lines
• Support the training of new team members
• Crosstrain on all positions to support production gaps when needed
• Support additional food prepping, cleaning & dishwashing when time allows
• Maintain a positive and encouraging work environment
• Follow Food Safety rules and regulations at all times
• Advocate and assist guests requiring additional assistance using professional communication
• Participate in community events alongside management
• Perform other position duties when requested

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential duties
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs during the course of a workday
