We are in need of an experienced Licensed Sales Producer. Applicant must have at least 2 years of Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines sales experience. Also, fluency in Spanish is required.

We are a mid-sized, fast-paced, award-winning, Allstate insurance agency. The applicant would have the ability to work from home on a rotation basis once he/she demonstrates mastery of accountabilities. Accountabilities are mostly meeting sales and profitability goals of Personal Lines items, and assisting our clients with all matters related to their insurance needs.

We offer a competitive base salary comenserate with experience, generous monthly commissions up to 13% of premium sold, major medical insurance with low deductibles and co-pays, Dental and Vision insurance, generous vacation and sick days and a matching retirement plan.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
