The LPN is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As an LPN you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including:
- Assessment
- Implementing Care
- Managing Patient Care
- Quality Improvement
- Problem Solving
- Bedside Nursing
- Medication Administration
- Treatments
Required qualifications:
- Graduate of approved LPN Program.
- Previous experience as an LPN in an acute care/long term care setting is desirable.
Current licensure to practice as a LPN in the State of Pennsylvania.
