Patient: 13 year old girl in Newfield, NJ needs nurses to take her to school Monday- Friday and then care for her 2 hours after school so her single Dad can work.
School Hours needed ASAP :
Tuesdays: 730a-530p
Wednesdays: 730a-530p
Fridays: 730a-530p
Home hours :
Saturdays: 11a-9p
Sundays: 11a-9p
Care/Equipment: Gtube feedings, nebulizer, wheelchair, MAFO's, Stander
