Your primary duties as a L.P.N. will include providing residents with daily routine nursing care as well as:
- Review Care Plans that reflect the physical and emotional goals of the residents
- Make rounds and integrate the Nursing Care Plan with the medical care prescribed
- Order medications from the pharmacy in a timely manner
- Ensure residents are provided with quality care
- Ensure that all clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Supervise the Certified Nurses Assistants on your units
- Other duties as per the Licensed Practical Nurses' job description
