We are currently seeking licensed clinicians (Ph.D., PsyD, LICSW, LMHC) to join our pediatric primary care team. This position is worked at 2 locations: at our Family Counseling Associates Outpatient office in Andover, MA (50% of the time) & at Reading Pediatrics in Reading, MA (50% of the time). Family Counseling Associates currently has a partnership with Reading Pediatrics to provide the utmost mental health care in our community.

Compensation:

• Fee for service model
• Full time employees have the ability to earn $75,000-$95,000 annually.

Requirements:

• Licensed Clinicians (PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts
• Child / Adolescent therapist who work with children and adolescents.
• Clinicians who have experience with health psychology or have experience in medical settings.
• Clinicians who have experience with eating disorders
• Clinicians who feel comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Clinicians who are self-motivated, ambitious, and have an ability to quickly build rapport with clients.

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Two years of clinical experience
• A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth
