We are requiring a 10-client min. caseload. Please do not submit a resume unless you can commit to 10 clients.

We are looking for an empathetic and supportive Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a genuine desire to help and improve the lives of others. As a Blue Moon therapist, you will help our senior clients cope with difficulties in life through psychotherapy. You should listen and understand your clients’ needs to help provide the right assistance and resources while managing several cases at once.

Social Worker Duties and Responsibilities

• Work as an Independent Contractor
• Provide Telehealth therapy with clients
• Assess senior clients’ needs and develop strategies to help
• Provide support and resources for clients; research and refer clients to resources if available
• Listen and provide counseling or psychotherapy sessions for adults or senior clients

Social Worker Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, healthcare, or medical and related fields
• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) required
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker in this state required.
• Geriatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word)
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with multiple cases
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
