$22 - $25 per hour DOE

• The Case Manager works closely with an attorney and other legal staff regarding case management and settlement of personal injury claims
• Communicates often with clients
• Gathers medical records, checks, and documents outstanding medical balances,
• Assists with resolving contractual issues with Medicare, Medicaid, etc.

• Candidates should have proven organizational, planning, verbal, and written communication skills
• Good customer service skills and attention to detail are also required, as well as general computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Experience in Personal Injury Law, medical, and/or insurance industries preferred
• Fluent Spanish/English speaking preferred.
