P2 Property Management has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our team. The Leasing agent is responsible for assisting the property manager in successfully leasing apartment homes. This role operates Friday 11a – 6p, Saturday 10a – 4p and Sunday 10a – 4p. The pay is $25/hr. This is a seasonal position with long-term potential during the leasing busy season, which ends in September.

P2 Property Management is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located in some of the most strategically placed neighborhoods across southeastern Wisconsin. This opportunity will be located at two of our luxury properties in Mequon WI.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with guests and current residents
• Field phone calls and emails from prospective residents.
• Schedules showings and answers questions
• Giving tours of the community and available apartments
• Support and assist with marketing and outreach efforts at the property
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• 2+ years customer service experience in an office
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

• Mequon, WI 53092: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
