Job description
We are seeking a Leasing Agent and Cleaner for a large apartment community in Tallmadge, Ohio. If you are an enthusiastic individual with good communication skills, friendly customer service, and strong people skills, this is the job for you. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: responding to inquiries from potential residents, cleaning and showing vacant suites to prospective tenants, assisting with the application process, typing of leases for new and current residents, rent collections and recording of rents.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule tours of available properties.
- Clean vacant apartments
- Respond to inquires.
- Acquaint vendors with the leasing process.
- Communicate with other departments regarding leasing matters.
