DePaul Management has an immediate Full-Time opening for a Leasing Agent at Blair Mill Village East in Horsham, PA.

· Detailed oriented perspective and follow through capabilities

The ideal candidate will:

· Effectively market the property to perspective residents from initial contact to occupancy, while they are residents as well

· Maintain high occupancy levels by demonstrating the value in our community to prospective residents

· Successfully lease apartments by meeting customers' needs

· Evaluate the needs of our customers by customizing the sales presentation to each perspective

· Promote positive and “customer-centric” resident relations by working to make the living experience, and every interaction, of the highest quality

Additional Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a sales or retail environment required, Property Management Industry experience helpful

· Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people

· Sales-driven and team-oriented personality

· Excellent communication skills

Full Time position qualify for an hour base salary plus commission, medical benefits, 401k and PTO.
