Leasing Agent

Cronkhite Homes is a high-volume residential builder located in Springfield, Missouri which also manages a rental portfolio of approximately 150 properties in-house as Enterprise Property Management. We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional Leasing Agent to assist us with marketing and leasing of properties.

Full-time position with flexible hours - nights and weekend availability are required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advertise available properties
• Use marketing strategies to generate new tenant traffic
• Complete all lease paperwork and stay up to date with current leases
• Send out applications and screen prospective tenants
• Use all avenues of communication to work with potential tenants
• Schedule property viewings and follow up
• Coordinate move in process
• Manage HOA compliance with tenants to maximize community atmosphere

PREREQUISITES FOR SUCCESS:

• High School diploma, GED, or suitable alternative
• Leasing Agent or similar position experience preferred
• Proficient in office software systems (Google Workplace, preferred)
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
• Knowledge of the real estate and rental industry
• Sales and marketing experience preferred
• Clean driver's record and valid (or able to attain) Missouri driver's license
• Must be physically able to lift 25+ lbs.
