AAA Wildcat Storage is a locally owned business located right here in beautiful Ellensburg. With 400 storage units, parking spaces and U-Haul, our friendly and helpful team provides tailored storage solutions and a top-notch customer service experience to our local community. We are looking for someone energetic and outgoing to join our dynamic team!

What you'll be doing:

• Take customers on tours of our property

• Welcome and greet many of our local customers in our office

• Answer phone calls and questions

• Ensure easy move-ins, storage unit rentals and Uhaul reservations

• Keep customer files accurate and accept payments

• Take leads and update the waiting list

• Fill in for the manager and other office staff as needed

• Contribute fun and creative marketing ideas

Are you qualified? (We hope so!):

• High School or Equivalent

• Friendly, welcoming personality

• Reliable transportation, valid Driver's License and ability to drive

• Clerical and Computer experience

• Self-storage experience preferred but not required. Anyone is encouraged to apply.

Job Title: Leasing Agent

Hours, Pay & Location:

• Part time, as needed to fill in for current staff

• Flexible hours!

• Day Shift (9 am – 6 pm)

Pay: $20.00
