Aledade is actively recruiting a Learning Systems Administrator who will support the strategy, governance, and day-to-day management of Aledade’s learning platforms to support learning for customers and internal employees.

The Learning Systems Administrator will serve as the subject matter expert for Aledade’s current (Saba LMS, third party content providers and the Aledade Intranet/Google Sites) and future learning platforms. This individual will provide consultative services to help functional learning teams best leverage these systems to drive learning engagement and outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • After building up your knowledge on Aledade’s internal learning platforms, serve as an internal ‘consultant’ and SME to various teams leveraging Aledade learning platforms to ensure appropriate functionality and configuration to drive learning impact.
  • Under direction of the director of Corporate L&D, document the decisions made around configuration and functionality to be maintained across all system users. Present options based on research to Corp. L&D team for consideration in decision making.
  • Ensure Aledade LMS learning admin across the company have the knowledge and tools to efficiently and correctly leverage the LMS for learning delivery (course uploads/new course creation) and reporting. This could include on-the-job training and the creation of job aids, SOPs, etc to help new and existing learning admins understand LMS functionality.
  • Using current user data sync processes, ensure learning platform user data is in sync and connected to Aledade’s HRIS/HR data. Be curious to explore opportunities for improvement and automation where possible.
  • On a regular basis, critically review HRIS data and changes to data to understand impact on LMS and other system rules and automation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for platform vendor account managers; liaising with support personnel to address issues, researching solutions to problems, and more.
  • Facilitate the implementation of LMS/third party content upgrades and communication with the vendors to resolve technical issues related to platform functionality.
  • Develop learner help and support tools to facilitate learning and operating learning management and video collaboration systems;
  • Work with stakeholders and other Corporate L&D team members on L&D strategy ideation, decision-making, project planning, and implementation.
  • Provide leadership in researching new learning platforms to support current and future L&D needs across Aledade.
  • Facilitate the user experience by staying up to date on new LMS/Learning platforms features, the, new products and other important announcements to drive user engagement and connect with broader L&D/talent initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, communication, or at least 3 years of relevant job experience
  • 3+ years experience in administering a Learning Management System
  • Demonstrated project management and analytical skills
  • Previous technical experience configuring and managing learning systems and learning content providers for organizations
  • Experience managing variety of learning formats (ILT, ViLT, e-learning, hybrid, etc)
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles
  • Basic understanding of design principles and ability to apply best practices in user interface and user experience design
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Ability to work in an environment that requires you to balance multi projects and perform well under shifting deadlines to execute on schedule
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization and with different levels of technological understanding
