Job Description:

As an Office Manager, your focus is to provide superb customer service that leads to all students in your center having an exceptional experience each day. In this role you will enhance your management skills and gain experience in many facets of education and business.

Paid Training/Paid Time Off
Everyone wears many hats and gets exposed to a variety of challenges. Full-time responsibilities are multi-faceted and include:
Center Administration (60%)

  • Manage center day-to-day administration and operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Monthly billing and payment collection
  • Schedule conferences, students, and teachers
  • Daily office maintenance
  • Filing, documentation, keeping information accurate and timely
  • Use existing systems to report on payroll and metrics
  • Administer and track required staff and teacher training
  • Conduct staff meetings
**Student Onboarding and Education (30%)**
  • Conduct initial student evaluations and work with new students
  • Parent conferences
  • Collect tuition on programs upon enrolling students
  • School Visits (In person or zoom)
  • Work with students in an instructional capacity as needed
Marketing (10%)
  • Identify new opportunities for growth
  • Participate in local networking and marketing activities to help grow the center’s tutoring and test prep business
Hours of Operation:School Year: Monday-Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Summer Hours: Monday -Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Salary commensurate with experience.
