What You’ll Do:

As a learning analytics manager on our team, you’ll:

  • Consult on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools in data and learning.
  • Administer quantitative and qualitative modeling techniques to data through surveys, focus groups, and report reviews.
  • Apply leading-edge principles and analytical best practices for data collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis.
  • Analyze and process data, while creating and maintaining models and report or dashboard templates and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions using Power BI.
  • Recommend appropriate performance measures to be produced, including appropriate KPIs for Talent Development.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to fellow team members.
  • Provide key stakeholders with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis for Talent Development.
  • Bring your analytical mindset and passion for change to lead the transformation of Talent Development.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with managing learning solutions and analytics
  • 5+ years of experience in presenting insights and trends to clients, partners, and stakeholders and building strong relationships with each
  • 5+ years of experience with building, operationalizing, and scaling processes and programs
  • 5+ years of experience with direct and matrixed team management and developing both individuals and teams
  • 3+ years of experience with developing or leading the development of analytical solutions to meet a business need or problem
  • 3+ years of experience in developing a strong knowledge base of products and dealing with high levels of complexity and analysis
  • 3+ years of experience with impact reporting to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources derive themes and recommendations
  • 2+ years of experience with developing reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI in an agile and iterative development manner
  • Experience with managing competing tasks, deadlines, requirements, and decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Science, or Management Information Systems or 10 years of experience with learning technologies and analytics in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in a consulting or professional services sector
  • Experience in working with managed service providers
  • Experience with programming languages, including Python or SQL
  • Experience with working in a learning and development organization or leading learning operations in project management, learning technologies, or reporting
  • Experience with education or an edtech space
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field a plus
  • Agile or Scrum Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
