Responsibilities

Humana’s Marketing Data and Analytics department is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Acquisition Marketing Platform, to join the Marketing Data Team. In this role, you will lead the day to day of the prospect marketing platform replacement implementation. This includes:

• Collaborate with the current vendor, team and new vendor to author and organize requirements

• Navigate the EIP/IT Due Diligence workstreams

• Determine and manage strategy and capacity needed for testing new solution

• Manage internal IT requirements

• Lead/organize training for internal associates on new data and tools

• Own the roadmap, backlog and prioritization for the implementation

• Central point of contact for teams impacted by the rebuild

As the Lead, you will be a key player in this implementation and future growth of this platform as you will continue to own the roadmap and prioritization for new work on the platform beyond the implementation year. This platform is expected to grow substantially outside of initial implementation and be a core part of the future success of Learn, Shop, Choose (LSC) and growing our digital success for acquisition. Additionally, it will expand to fully support sales enablement, enabling marketing to have a true ROI of that effort as well as a deeper understanding of the halo effect of our dollars across all initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Data mining experience

• 7 years of related experience

• Strong personal computer and/or database, mathematical and project management ability

• Strong analytical skills and an ability to support multiple priorities

• Proficient in Excel and Access

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness

• Ability to lead projects

• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree

• Prior health insurance industry experience

Additional Requirements

All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Connectivity requirements are detailed below.

Connectivity – Requirement Details

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

• At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.

• Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.

• Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)

Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
