Job Description:
Responsible for developing and enhancing the risk and control environment within the Consumer Banking businesses. This role collaborates with management to identify compliance issues and corrective action plans, and communicates the scope and severity of concerns identified to the applicable level of management. Works with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Analyzes risk and operations data. Interprets data for the purpose of supporting key business goals, such as risk environment monitoring and risk mitigation.
Works across departments to coordinate initiatives.
Supports management in preparing presentations and reports.
Assess processes for risk and control effectiveness. Supports the control design process and assess processes for any control gaps or enhancements needed to ensure effectiveness of controls.
Evaluate and test the adequacy of business processes and practices with respect to risks, controls, and regulatory requirement identifying gaps and issues.
Identify systemic improvement themes across control design reviews e.g. Training, Roles and Responsibilities, Communication, Standards that can be solved programmatically. Support drafting of a comprehensive risk & control summary to highlight conclusions
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance
4+ years of experience in Audit, Risk, Operations
In lieu of degree 6+ years of experience in Audit, Risk, Operations or Related
Preferred Qualifications

Lean, Six Sigma and/or demonstrated process improvement expertise
Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $74,000.00 to $124,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.Benefits:
