Owner/master carpenter Robert Way has been in the construction industry since 1988 and brings his wealth of knowledge and experience not only to each and every project, but he shares his knowledge and experience with each and every person on his team.
Our projects include both inside and outside the home, and range in size from bathroom and kitchen renovations, to additions and large-scale remodeling.

Your Challenge…
Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 (40 Hours per week)
Must have 5 years of Experience as a Carpenter (Residential)
- Must have a positive attitude and the ability to delegate tasks with clear instructions and deadlines
- Must have mastery of framing and finish carpentry
- Kitchen and bath remodeling experience required
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ensures a clean, neat, safe and organized work environment
- Keeps inventory of hand and power tools
- Understanding of the materials and installation involved in residential remodeling
- Valid Driver’s License and own transportation
- Background and drug test required
