Roscoe is looking for a hardworking and self-starting individual to work in our Garment Order Stockroom. The perfect candidate should have boundless energy, able to stand for 95% of their shift, and able to lift up to 50lbs. Full-time Stockroom positions available at our facility on the Westside of Chicago. Openings are for the 1st shift with staggered start times between 3am and 6am.

Summary:

Stockroom operators carry out various tasks in the Stockroom. A successful team member will be a TEAM player with the ability to multi-task and pivot while having a positive, can-do attitude. They will be responsible for meeting daily productivity and quality requirements; maintaining inventory control; preparing garments for customers with impeccable attention to detail and accuracy while meeting department goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow work instructions found in job aids to include but are not limited to:

• Garment ordering, receiving & sorting
• Garment work order filling
• Emblem application
• RFID Chip application

while maintaining the following:

• Accuracy
• Quality
• Safety
• Productivity Standards

Skills & Experience:

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Basic computer navigation
• Attention to detail
• Standing for long periods at a time
• Repetitive motions
• Bending, stretching twisting, and/or lifting for long periods at a time
• Sewing machine experience a plus

Education/Licenses:

HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
