Leo Landscape in Brighton , CO is looking for landscaping field supervisors to join our 54 person strong team. We are located on 12505 County Rd 2. Brighton CO 80603

Job Description :

Landscape supervisors are responsible for managing all field operations. They coordinate the procurement and scheduled use of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum use and completion of work within budget, safety guidelines and quality standards. In addition, landscape supervisors guide and mentor field staff and assist them in carrying out their duties. They also often serve as the primary interface between the customer and the crew

Responsibilities:

*Ability to read and understand blueprints. *Understanding of site grades and effect on landscape. *Knowledge and Ability to install irrigation systems, retaining walls, plant trees and shrubs, lay rock, sod mulch and various landscaping features. *Ability to safely operate skid steer, mini-excavator and a variety of other equipment. *Knowledge and or ability to work with carbide chisels, and power tools like drills, grinders and saws to shape and fabricate stone. *Understand and have knowledge with all the landscaping practices. *Effective communication skills between Superindents and other team members. *Must help maintain positive attitudes and use best safety practices with the crew.
