Landscape Construction Project Manager

United Land Services is hiring a Landscape Construction Project Manager to cover their Jacksonville, FL territory. This position is a salaried paid position, Monday through Friday. This position will offer a company truck and provide other ancillary items that are required to perform the requirements of the position.

The Landscape Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing large-scale landscape installation and enhancement services including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment, and contractors necessary to produce a timely and quality work product. They will ensure operational goals are met and participate in achieving these goals, daily to the client’s expectations and inspects properties prior to scheduled service to properly prepare a specific action plan for the requested service.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, Project Management, or closely related field.
• An equivalent combination of related training and experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
• A minimum of five years’ landscaping related experience, managing all aspects of landscape projects
• Must have a current state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of maintenance crews with hyper-focus on safety, quality, training, professionalism, customer service and advancement of the company brand and culture
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Excellent listening skills using patience and empathy.
• Highly motivated, well organized, detail-oriented, creative, and innovative.
• Must possess excellent time-management skills and be able to multi-task.
