Key Responsibilities
The hours for this position are 5:30 am – 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Starting at $16 an hour. Overtime may be required at times based on the needs of the business.
Job Summary

• Performs mix and lay-up of fiberglass, resins, and catalysts onto mold surface using various hand tools
• Works with structural adhesives
• Operates a variety of power tools, including but not limited to scissors, drills, grinders, and overhead hoists
• Wears protective equipment while working

Qualifications

• Able to work in a hot and humid work environment for a 10-hour shift standing, bending, and reaching
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
• Have the flexibility to work overtime both planned and unplanned to meet company goals.
• Must be able to work well with teams and in close proximity to each other
• Skills in fiberglass and resin preferred
• Ability to pass a spirometry test
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to follow all safety standards and procedure
