We are actively seeking a team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage support staff and assist individuals to meet their goals, increase independence and improve their quality of life!
LIVE-IN or NON LIVE-IN FULL-TIME MANAGEMENT POSITION IN A RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOME IN LAHAINA FOR 5 ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES
Duties Include: Supervision of residents and direct support staff. Work directly with individuals to increase skills in activities of daily living, personal care, communication, socialization, community integration, health and nutrition. Coordinate residential care responsibilities i.e. medical appointments, medications, household shopping, transportation needs and recreation activities. Train staff for program implementation. Ensure adherence to all federal/state regulations for licensing.

Applicant requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, Experience working with special needs or elderly population and supervisory experience, Valid Driver's License and car insurance. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test, CPR/FA and TB required upon hire (will assist to obtain).
