- Operate or move equipment around the yard and shop
- Help maintain inventory of supplies and/or shop equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Flexibility and ability to work on various shop, maintenance, and yard tasks
- Perform job safety analyses (JSA's) and safety meetings
- Attend communication meetings and safety training as scheduled
- High School or GED
- Read, write, speak and understand English and follow written and/or verbal instructions
- Flexibility and ability to work on various shop, maintenance, and yard tasks
- Environmental awareness
- Visual Thread Inspection certification a plus
- Ability to work in adverse conditions (heat and cold)
- Ability to handle heavy parts and pieces of equipment
- Ability to climb on and off the equipment
- Ability to work extended hours if needed; This includes evenings and weekends
