Summary
Support Applied Acoustics International Research and Development Manager and subordinates to execute projects and tasks assigned by research and development managers, Engineers and Technicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the followings but not limited to material testing, report results in a professional manner, keep and maintain test files, maintain lab, prototype and hold area 5S.
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist with completing R/D duties and assignments in the development of new products. Awarded by customers.
Communicate to other groups within AAI’s concerning project status and sample data/information exchange.
Assist in the Development and evaluation of the new formula to meet customer needs
Make lab development damper and barrier batches of existing and new formulations according to required and specified instructions.
Travel as assigned by R/D manager to help in sorting and other tasks assigned by customer.
Support RFD process by evaluating formulation and options to meet customer specifications
Keep the lab, prototype equipment running and operational by seeking maintenance help.

Education and/or Experience
Two years college, or Bachelor's degree in science (B. S.), in engineering is essential to perform this job as described above. Two year experience in laboratory, prototype, and 5S are preferred
